'Get on the move' campaign II (Always Pad)

This copywriting thing isn't as easy as I thought it was. At the point when you are thinking you have really cracked the brief then, the sledge hammer comes down on your creative and makes a nonsense of it! Lol! One just have to keep on learning and moving because it takes that extra squeeze to get the creative juice out sometimes. So go on baby, squeeze me! Lol!

It is on this note I would want to appreciate everyone who dropped a comment and suggestion on my last Always pad campaign. I noticed that most of the comments and suggestions were based on the suitablility of the graphics. As much as I am not a graphic person but an aspiring copywriter cum brand strategist, I try not to give a hint of the product from my graphics like we have in the mainstream ad concepts (I realise I still have to keep it simple). This is why most of my graphics don't really have a direct relationship with the product but such relationship exist at the inferential level. The copy explains that better...
'Your ON days shouldn't be your OFF days! Get on the MOVE with always' Just trying to play on the colours of the traffic light!

Well, based on popular demand, I have decided to work on my graphics and lets see how much this print ad can sell our product-always.

It is still the same campaign. Although, I have made some changes on my graphic concept but the copy might read differently but it means the same! So what's your take on this???

hi kingsley,isn't that one of the things you hate about yourself ?
this copy is beautiful as usual but i really think the traffic light thing is mind blowing.
I have never seen an ad for sanitary towels where a womans picture + backside is not used (infact that is the norm) so to see a copy where this is not used is THRILLING.
I think you should try to work on that traffic light stuff so that it appeals.
I hope to have more people decamp to my party I LOVE THE TRAFFIC LIGHT

On the traffic light ad, I would look into it but, I would want to know what others think about the recent concept.

If you notice, your core message is what every product says. I loved your idea, but why not think in a different tangent? Like say maybe focus on the Confidence factor instead of using words like 'flow'.. which kinda sound a little strange at first read.

It's just my silly perspective of course :D

When life is looked at from that perspective, everything is different. But, really, that is what it is. That is what it is supposed to be. Somehow most people miss it.

Thank you so much for your comment on my blog. I painted on fabric and then quilted it. The leaves were cut from a hand dyed piece of fabric and then sewed to the background. The piece is almost finished now and will be on my blog. I hope you come by again to see how it is when it is finished.

And for your blog: I like the way you interpret marketing. You are very creative. Communication is art too! And I know it, because it is my profession. Keep up your good work and follow your creative path. And remember that the flow stops when you are wanting to flow it the most. Just lay back and don't worry. That is the best way...

Honestly, I love the traffic light idea........I love the ON day/OFF day theory better than the FLOW/SLOW day analogy...the first is clearer.

Or are they on the same ad? If they are, then they make sense together...

It is just such a surreal experience to lose someone that is such a vital part of your life. It is almost as if he wasn't really there. But, I KNOW that he was. Hearing the television going last night triggered the memories... just out of nowhere. Triggered the event...

I actually prefer the traffic light ad to this one because of the product in mind - ALWAYS. I love the tag line for the product "Your FLOW days shouldn't be your SLOW days" but the picture would have worked better if you were advertising some kind of energy drink, vitamin drug or even a menstrual pain relieving medication, the idea being that it would keep you up and going...
